Location.

Located on the outskirts of Selby, North Yorkshire and only 20 miles from the centre of York, We can offer you the chance to sit back and relax and enjoy your stay. The Local Pub is a 5 minute drive and serves a great selection of Real Ales and Very Good Food. The area of woodland from which the farm gets its name is home to many species and is great for the kids to explore.

Facilities.

The Campsite has a purpose built Building with a Washing up Room and Chemical Disposal Point. We also have a Grey Water Disposal Point for your convenience.

We have a toilet/shower facility incorporating toilets, sinks with hot and cold water and showers.

We have 8 Pitches with metered Electric Hookups for Caravans and Motorhomes Only, and can accommodate 17 additional pitches without electric hook up (Electric hook up is not allowed in tents).

Drinking Water taps are placed in convenient locations.

Campfires and Barbecues.

We allow Barbecues, however ash is to be disposed on in the dedicated ash bin. No rubbish is to be burnt or wood with nails. Barbecues are strictly forbidden from being used inside tents and awnings.

Site Rules.

We try and operate a campsite with a relaxed atmosphere for all to enjoy and apply minimal rules based on common sense.

Arrival must be after 14.30 and departure before 10.30.

Tariff.

Our charges are:-

£ 20.00 per night, per unit, for a pitch.

(These prices are based on two adults and three children per unit, unit being a tent, motor home, caravan or trailer tent).

Electricity is available via metered hook ups for motor caravans and caravans only, see site office for cards.

£ 1 per extra child, per night.

£ 2.50 per extra adult, per night.

£ 1 per night, for a Gazebo.

Shower costs £1 for 5 minutes.

Site day visitors are not allowed.

Bookings.

If possible it is best to book through PitchUp, Email or phone in advance to reserve your pitch. However if you just arrive on site without a booking we will be only too pleased to accommodate you, if we can.
